Green Civil Con is a family owned and operated company. Green Civil Con was originally founded by Eugene Quinn after an extensive career in civil construction. Eugene and his son, Tiernan Quinn, have expanded the company to what is now known as Green Civil Con.

Since introducing Tiernan into the company an expansion has taken place from the initial days of service trenching, supply and installations. Now we take on large scale projects and are a preferred supplier for well known developers and contractors.

Green Civil Con now offers full end to end solutions to their clients. We stand by our company policies outlined below and pride ourselves with our level of commitment and a strong work ethic. We have the experience and expertise to deliver a wide range of service to the developer or principle contractor.
